The 2015 Wedding Season Is Officially In Full Swing

Trista and Sam’s Rustic country wedding took place in Ridgefield Washington at Lucy’s Garden.

Lucy’s is nestled in the heart of Ridgefield, Washington on five acres of family owned and operated property that features a large and luscious garden with  a charming water feature and pond, a dazzling landscaped yard and gazebo, and an amazing big red party barn that is the highlight of the event experience.  Lucy’s Garden sets itself apart from most other event facilities because of the vast flexibility the venue has in creating a unique and personal theme for each and every event.

Trista is an avid quilter so she carried the theme thru in all the décor. Her bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and centerpieces were a combination of White Peony, Dusty Miller, Purple Matsomoto Asters, Lavender Roses, Blue Belladonna, Thistle, Green Hydrangea, Limonium, Wax Flower and of course Baby’s Breath. All the pieces were wrapped in quilting fabric strips that Trista provided.

We also used a combination of painted tin cans, beer bottles with chalk writing for the table names and fabric squares to reflect the same home spun charm.

The day turned out to be an unexpected sunny day and an equally wonderful and unexpected surprise to see this venue for the first time.

Hopefully, not the last…..

Congratulations to Trista & Sam on getting hitched!

We are so excited about our vintage ceremony doors and windows.  They will be finished in an antiqued white with a distressed finish.  The doors and windows will be available for rent to our clients soon.

We can also assist you with other rental decor through the many rental companies we partner with.  The vintage furniture pictured here is from Classic Vintage Rentals.

Stay tuned to see our progress as we create the finished doors.
