We recently conducted our first video consultation. It was an exciting experience that was every bit as comfortable and effective as doing a consultation in person. Our lead designer created centerpiece samples while the potential bride watched from her laptop using a web cam. Wedding Flowers – Costco VS. Florist

Last summer I met with a bride who wanted  to order just her Bridal bouquet & something for an arbor and aisle . She explained that she had ordered the rest of her remaining items that she wanted through Costco. 5 bridesmaids bouquets, 12 boutonniere’s , 5 corsages & 19 centerpieces. She had also purchased the vases, ribbon, some gel beads to put in the vases and a few other random items that she had envisioned in her arrangements. All of which were great ideas!

I had asked if she had ever used the gel beads before and understood that when you add water they do not show up. In order for these to work they would need to be done the day of the wedding and still it was likely that the flowers would wilt without a suitable amount of water on a warm summers day. We played with some of the items she had purchased to see how they would work. sure enough the gel beads did not show when adding water to the vase.                                                         P.S. I asked if just for fun and my own curiosity if  I could quote her wedding with all the items she needed. After much surprise to both of us I was only $200 more than Costco and our cost included everything.
